California animal rescuer Suzette Hall and her colleague Rosario expected another routine call. Instead, they found two exhausted dogs sitting calmly in the middle of a busy road, seemingly unaware of the danger surrounding them.
The unlikely pair consisted of a large female shepherd and a tiny terrier weighing only a few pounds. Despite the size difference, the two remained inseparable as traffic passed nearby.
