Here's what's on in Scotland's cultural scene this week

Harri and Domenic will be at the SubClub party in Glasgow's Queen's Park

1 SUMMER in the city where the air is still, a brand new terrace being born, it’s not overkill. The mighty SWG3 in Glasgow has a brand new spacious outdoor area which will be boasting a fully stocked bar, music from a rotation of most excellent DJs a barbecue from foodie giants Nomad and it will be open every Friday night starting this week. The new garden terrace forms apart of the ongoing community green space project in consultation with neighbours, resident artists and the wider community. The garden and terrace bar is dug and wean friendly. Go enjoy. Check them out on the socials and to book www.swg3.tv

2 COMEDY at Candleriggs where two of my pals are headlining this gig at the old wild cabaret. Viv Gee – a veritable tiny giant of Scotland’s comedy scene – and the one and only drag queen Nancy Clench, made famous by, among other things, SNP conference karaoke. See them both under the one roof on the same night for the tiny sum of £8. Tonight 6:30pm for 7:30 kick off at 18 Candleriggs, formerly known as Wild Cabaret. Minimum age 18 and tickets can be bought from www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Glasgow/18-Candleriggs
