Nick Bosa’s contract extension came with a max value of $170 million. As with (almost) all NFL contracts though, the max value matters far less than the guaranteed money.
For Bosa, that guaranteed dollar figure came out to a whopping $122.5 million. That mark obliterated the $81 million guaranteed to Steelers outside linebacker TJ Watt, and easily eclipsed the $78 million the Chargers guaranteed to Bosa’s brother, Joey.
