A woman who posts on TikTok as Anna Grace (@anna_grace_643) shared what she called the complete storytime of the day she was arrested. In a TikTok video that has gained 491,100 views, Anna described events that began on March 13, 2026, after she had been living in an apartment for about two weeks.
She explained that she and her husband were still legally married, so the house remained her property even though she was staying elsewhere. Anna stated that all of her belongings were still there and that they had planned to sell the house and split the profits. She recalled texting him that she was coming over to get her piano, her wedding ring, and a few other things she needed.
According to Anna, he told her she could not come and that he would call the police. She replied that he could call them because it was also her property. She described pulling into the driveway and finding him standing there blocking her car while she drove very slowly.

Anna stated that her husband told the officer she tried to run him over with her car. The officer believed him right away, asked a few questions, and told her she needed to leave, she claimed. She told the officer she did not need to leave because it was her house.

Her husband then showed officers text messages in which she talked about being very depressed and having bad postpartum depression, she explained. Those messages were about herself, not her son, and she had written that she did not want to be here, she added. Officers asked if she still had those thoughts. Anna told them she did, that she was only about five months postpartum, but that she was okay and would not act on them.
Officers said they were taking her to a mental hospital and would cuff her if she did not comply, she recalled. She complied and was transported there by police. A doctor released her immediately and moved her to the front of the line after seeing her in the waiting room, she stated.
She said Anna’s mom picked her up. Her car was still at the house, so she went back for it even though her dad told her not to, she explained. Her husband was apparently gone when she returned, but the doors of her own car were locked. She said she knocked on the windows and door and then saw her girl’s best friend from high school walking around the corner holding her baby, Nolan.
She claimed that the person was alone with her five-month-old. The woman gave her a dirty look and slammed a bedroom door, Anna described. She broke a window to get into her own house to retrieve her car keys, then walked into the master bedroom and picked up her baby because she did not want that person babysitting him.
She said she walked out with Nolan. Her husband sped down the driveway, got out, and tried to rip the child from her hands, she recalled. She told him to calm down because he was scaring Nolan, who was crying and screaming. Anna handed the baby to her mom and told her to lock herself in the car. They told her she probably deserved it and that they had told her not to come back, she claimed. Officers arrested her and not him.
As officers put her in handcuffs, she said her husband was videoing and she told him, “you getting this s–t? This is some good s–t.” Anna said she looked at the other woman and told her she hoped she was ready because he was abusive. Officers handed the baby back to him as they pulled her out of the driveway, she stated. He stole my baby from me for 7 weeks, telling everybody that I mentally couldn’t see him because I wasn’t stable.”
