Helloworld Travel offers $353 million for Webjet Group

Helloworld Travel has lobbed a $353 million takeover offer at Webjet Group, the online travel agency that in 2024 was demerged from a business-to-business travel company.

Helloworld has tentatively offered 90 cents per share, a 19 per cent premium to Webjet's closing share price on Tuesday.
