A police helicopter was scrambled as a police chase ended in a car crashing in Tameside.
The Hyundai vehicle crashed while being pursued by officers in Three Counties Road, Mossley, at about 9.40pm on Friday evening.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing a police helicopter flying overhead during the chase.

Pictures from the scene show at least three police vehicles in attendance at the scene near to a block of flats.
The Hyundai could also be seen abandoned on a nearby footpath.
Greater Manchester Police has been approached for further information on the incident.
