Helen Skelton's latest social media post has wowed mums as the On The Farm star showed herself completing a workout at the gym - whilst have her baby Elsie Kate in her arms.
The Countryfile presenter has a hectic life as she now has three children - Ernie Myler, 6, Louis Myler, 4 and her new-born Elsie Kate.
She shares her kids with husband, Leeds Rhino's rugby player Richie Myler, with the pair having married in 2013.

Helen shared a snap of herself doing lunges with baby Elsie Katie in tow and captioned the snap: "Always been about keeping my head (not my bum) in shape."
Using the hashtags #endorphins, #headspace and #wellness, the mum made it clear she completes the workouts to help her mental health.
Helen's fans quickly flooded the post with comments, with one writing: "Great picture Helen...superb.
"Keeping it heart-warming and real, hope little elsie is doing well.
"It's so true what you say Helen, it's just as good for the mind as it is for the body."
Another dubbed the star a "wonderful mummy" whilst another added : "That is inspiration captured right there in one image - no wonder you look so amazing."

She captioned the post: "Insta versus….. no two hours are the same, that’s babies. Rolling with it. Ps my four year old doesn’t wear gold chains he likes to play pirates with my jewellery while we make dinner and his sister throws up on me.
