It may have been a month since Helen Skelton made it to the final of the BBC dance show alongside Strictly professional, Gorka Marquez, but she's not quite ready to "let it go" just yet.
Helen and her dance partner Gorka Marquez faced Fleur East and Vito Coppola, Hamza Yassin and Jowita Prytzal, and Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu in a fight for the Glitterball trophy after months of battling it out in the ballroom.
And while the Countryfile presenter was a firm favourite amongst fans, sadly her three final performances weren't enough to see her crowned winner of Strictly Come Dancing as the public chose Hamza and Jowita as their 2022 winners.

However, it really was the taking part that mattered to Helen, who credited the show for "mending her broken heart", and now one month on, the TV star has taken to social media once again to reflect on her time on the show.
The 39-year-old has shared a new reel with her Instagram followers including many never before seen behind the scenes clips and snaps from the Strictly final as she admitted to being "technically inept", she took the opportunity once more to pay tribute to her "wing man" Gorka.
Helen's post read: "As the frozen Princess said LET IT GO, but before I do, I’m posting this flash back to the strictly final for three reasons....
"One it’s taken me this long to work out the drop box/video clip situation. (Yep totally technically inept)," Helen first admitted before turning her attnetion to Gorka, 32. Two: there’s about to be a whole lot of strictly tour spam that doesn’t involve @gorka_marquez and I need to mark this chapter with an acknowledgment and appreciation of my wingman."
The mum-of-three went on: "Three: These are memories that make me smile and sometimes it takes a couple of weeks of hindsight to really appreciate what went down on and off the dance floor. So before the tour starts one big final virtual high five and bucket of respect to @fleureast @vitocoppola @mollyrainford @gkx_carlos @jowitaprzystal @hamzayassin90 @gorka_marquez that was some ride we had. Cheers to the memories and the moments I will treasure."
It comes just weeks before Helen is set to embark on a new adventure with her Strictly co-stars as they head off on tour.
The Strictly Come Dancing live tour will see finalists Helen, Fleur, and Molly joined by winner Hamza as well as Will Mellor, Ellie Simmonds and Tyler West take to the dancefloor once more as they wow audiences in multiple venues across country.
However, it was confirmed last month that Helen's partner, Gorka, will not be taking part in the tour when it kicks off on January 20, and instead, Helen Skelton has been re-coupled with another pro partner.
Helen Skelton will instead be coupled up with Kai Widdrington for the live arena shows. Kai, who is currently dating blonde bombshell Nadiya Bychkova, had been dancing with Kaye Adams on the 2022 series.
