Helen Skelton's ex husband Richie Myler has deleted his Instagram account.
The rugby star, 32, had previously used his public profile to post about his achievements with the Leeds Rhinos as well as updates on his life with girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill.
Back in September, Richie shared a photo with Stephanie and her parents as he gushed about finishing his latest rugby season 'as a family.'
However the dad, who shares three-children with Strictly star Helen, has now pulled the plug on his social media page.
In October, Richie told followers he had received 'abusive messages' in a defiant post.
Explaining his decision, Richie penned: “I’ve decided to put my profile private from now on. If you are on here to share my photos or stories of me and my life maliciously to other people or waste your time sending me abusive messages please just unfollow me.
"I'm going to start removing people from my account one by one, so if you are a genuine rugby fan and I accidentally remove you I apologise in advance and will accept you back! Thank you Richie."
However he has now deleted his entire profile on the photo and video sharing site.
On Friday night, Helen posted to her Instagram page to share a number of very glamorous photos of herself from the last few months as she admitted she was revelling in her transformation.
"APPRECIATION post….. I have never been good at taking proper insta pics, I am however INSANELY grateful for the clothes, hair and make up that have made me feel fab over the last few months," she wrote before thanking her make-up artists and stylists.
Helen has credited Strictly Come Dancing for 'putting a smile back on her face' after a difficult few months.
"I did Strictly because sometimes you just need to jump on the opportunity and chance to put a big smile on your face," she said on Countryfile.
The mum announced last April that she and husband of eight years Richie had gone their separate ways four months after the birth of their third child.
In her first message of the new year, Helen said her new motto was 'never complain. Never explain.'
Her former partner Richie has since moved on with Stephanie Thirkill, the daughter of his rugby club's president Andrew Thirkill and the pair are expecting their first child together.
When asked about the news, Helen told the Telegraph last year: "You cannot have any opinion on anyone else’s life until you’ve walked in those shoes. And my family are happy, my kids are happy, and that’s all ultimately that matters."
"I don’t see myself as a victim," she said of her situation. "There are a lot of people who have been in my situation who haven’t been given the opportunities that I’ve got.
"Don’t get me wrong, I have my days when I’m p***** off. But equally, in this job, you’re in a lot of people’s lives, which gives you a phenomenal amount of perspective," she continued.
"I think mine is a job that gives you lots of perspective, so it’s very difficult to say ‘woe is me’."
