Helen Skelton has shared a series of sweet pictures of her with her children after she split from husband Richie Myler earlier this year.
The 32-year-old rugby player "left the family home" in April, just four months after the Countryfile presenter, 38, gave birth to their third child together; Skelton married Myler in 2013 after meeting two years earlier.
While Myler has since moved on with new girlfriend and the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill Stephanie Thirkill, Skelton has thrown herself into her career and raising their children.
And she looked happier than ever as she posed with her children Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and Elsie, five months.
In the first Instagram snap, the TV star could be seen kneeling down as she hugged Ernie from behind.
The second showed her hoisting Louis up on one knee as they both smiled for the camera.
While in the third, she lifted her youngest Elsie up as they shared a tender moment.
The Cumbria-born celeb captioned her post: “Squad. These are the days. Weekend well spent. #family.”
Recently, Skelton has discussed how her family love spending time outdoors together.
Speaking to GoOutdoors, she said: “My kids are just happier outside. They eat better and sleep better after being outside during the day and I don’t feel guilty about screen time if they have been in a tree for a few hours.
“They’re nicer to each other outside too. My kids just like to get muddy. As long as I have snacks I can keep mine outside for ages. We love the lakes, the Yorkshire coast and the peaks.
“Don’t compare yourself to anyone else, no one knows what happens behind closed doors. Lists and diaries are good too. If I write down things I need to do I feel like they are a weight off my brain.”
When asked about how she juggles being a mum-of-three with her career, she told the blog: “Don’t compare yourself to anyone else, no one knows what happens behind closed doors.
