Marriage-split TV star Helen Skelton has landed another high-profile telly gig - on Lorraine.
She is fronting a new segment called Me Time about physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Helen, 39, will present it alongside Lorraine Kelly and Dr Amir Khan.
It comes after it was announced she will compete in this year's Strictly Come Dancing, which starts on September 17.
A source said: "Helen is more in demand than ever and ITV were delighted to land her."
She was devastated earlier this year when rugby league player Richie Myler, 32, ended their eight-year marriage. The pair have three children, Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and Elsie, seven months.
Shortly after, it was revealed that he was in a relationship with Stephanie Thirkill, 32, whose father Andrew is president of the Leeds Rhinos team for which he plays.
Announcing the end of the marriage, Helen said: "Very sad to say Richie and I are no longer a couple. We will be doing our best to co-parent."
Speaking about the new Lorraine gig, she said it appealed as she struggled to carve out "me time" for herself.

She said: "I took up golf last year to carve out some me time. Spending time in and among greenery is definitely good for me. Fresh air and good views always make me feel better.
"I love water too, so a walk by the lake or in the woods is good for me. My boys are the same. If they're happy, I am. I try to be grateful – and am lucky that work is often enjoyable, so I feel like work is sometimes 'me time'."
Helen started her career in children's TV, presenting Newsround and Blue Peter.
She took on various challenges including completing the Namibia Ultra Marathon, cycling to the South Pole and kayaking down the Amazon River.
Since then, she has presented shows including Countryfile and the On The Farm series for Channel 5.
Lorraine's Me Time starts September 7 from 9am on ITV & ITV Hub.
