Helen Skelton was teary-eyed as she became "really emotional" during an interview on BBC Morning Live.
Helen joined Gethin Jones to interview Welsh presenter Alex Jones and discuss her new series, The Reunion Hotel.
The show, which first aired earlier this month and is on every Thursday night, sees people reunited with those from their past. Emotional stories have included giving thanks to life-saving heroes, romantic reunions, and emotional homecomings.
