Helen Flanagan told 'this is beautiful' over message to daughter as she shares why she's really prepared for I'm A Celeb South Africa

Helen Flanagan was flooded with comments over a 'beautiful' message she shared alongside a photo of her and her daughter on a recent holiday. Over Easter, the former Coronation Street star whisked her three children - Matilda, seven, Delilah, four and two-year-old son Charlie - off on a luxury sunshine break.

Helen, who is famed for playing Rosie Webster in the ITV soap, jetted off to Dubai at the start of the school holidays and was branded a 'supermum' after she Instagrammed a smiling picture of herself pushing a beaming Delilah in a pram as Charlie looked on and Matilda ran at the side of them.

She shared updates from her gorgeous trip on Instagram. But the holiday didn't come without its hiccups as she previously shared how she was comforted by a stranger after Charlie, who turned two last month, continued to experience 'horrendous' tantrums while abroad.

Helen has since been getting back into the swing of 'normal' life back in the UK but couldn't help but do a bit of reminiscing as she shared a picture of herself and her eldest daughter Matilda having fun on the beach. The mum-of-three looked amazing in a teal bikini as she ran along the sand while her daughter beamed at her as they laughed together.

Alongside the photo, 32-year-old Helen typed: "If you ever feel like giving up, just remember there is a little girl who wants to be just like you… don’t disappoint her." Her celebrity pals including former Corrie co-star Catherine Tyldesley, fellow I'm A Celebrity campmate Gillian McKeith and reality star Jessica Wright were among those sharing hearts and messages in the comments.

And fans were also soon sharing their support and praise for the message. @tinkerbellaiaai said: "Thank you. I needed this." @my_little_coeliac_girl commented: "This is beautiful. Remember when you look back at this that this is exactly what she saw in this moment. So precious."

@winst_123 wrote: "Love this, here's to the next million moments good or bad - bring it on." @paulanixon84 posted: "That is very true Helen." @paulross999 added: "Never loose that feeling… keep making moves to surprise and motivate your little angel."

Meanwhile, Helen has been speaking about her upcoming stint on the brand new I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here spin-off. The former soap star headed to South Africa last year to film the 'All Star' series which is due to hit screens on Monday (April 24). I’m A Celebrity… South Africa – a brand-new show from ITV – sees the return of some the most memorable stars to have tackled the hit reality TV show in the past two decades.

Heading for a new setting on the southernmost tip of the African continent alongside Helen is boxing champion Amir Khan; Diversity dancer and DJ Jordan Banjo; TV presenter Carol Vorderman; Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread; former royal butler Paul Burrell; ex-England cricketer Phil Tufnell; supermodel Janice Dickinson and music legend Shaun Ryder.

But unlike the original format, the first I’m A Celebrity Legend will not feature a public vote. Instead, the celebrities will be competing against one another to be crowned the legend.

Speaking about her appearance in the show, after heading Down Under for I'm A Celeb in 2012, Helen claimed she is more prepared this time - and shared exactly why she thinks so. "It’s going to be different," she said. "I was only 22 back then and I am 32 now. I have grown up a lot and I’ve had three children and I’ve gone through three labours! I won’t not finish the trials because my mindset will be very different this time around," she said.

"When I went in the jungle the first time, I didn’t prepare at all. I didn’t have a clue what I had let myself in for and I cried even when my phone got taken off me after landing in Australia. I want to make my children proud when I take part this time."

But she then added: “I am not saying I am going to go in and be a jungle warrior and be absolutely amazing because I will not. Yes I will be scared but I will have a go and I will be a lot better than last time."
