Helen Flanagan takes son on super-cute Valentine date in matching red outfits before 'chaos'

Glam mum Helen Flanagan looked stunning as she took her adorable baby boy out for a Valentine's meal. The pair wore matching red outfits as they dined at Manchester's Rosso restaurant.

The actress, from Bury, wore a ravishing red dress with matching lip colour. Her son Charlie, who turns two next month, looked super-cute in a red jacket and trousers.

Helen, who played Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, shared video clips on her Instagram from their mother and son date. Helen also has daughters Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, with footballer Scott Sinclair.

The following day Helen shared a very different scene as she posted a glimpse of herself at home and said she'd spent the morning clearing up after her children's pet guinea pigs. "No words for how rough I look this mroning. Spent all morning cleaning up guinea pig poo," she wrote.

And she posted about the "chaos" as she told fans: "My utility is getting ripped ot today." "It's so messy," she chuckled about the work to give the utility room a new pink look. "My hall is now absolute chaos," she said, showing the work underway. "But how pretty is the pink?"

Earlier this month Helen Flanagan said she "doesn't need anyone" as she spoke about self love in a previous Instagram post. She stripped down to her underwear as she wrote a Valentine's day card for herself.

"To me, Happy Valentine's Day," she could be seen writing. "With Valentine's Day only round the corner, the month of love, the most important loving relationship you can have is the one with yourself," the mum-of-three could be heard saying. "I love my body. It may not be perfect but it doesn't have to be. I don't have a big bum or a perfect, even skin tone and I do have cellulite and that's ok.

"My body has given me three beautiful children which is amazing when you think of a woman's body. I don't need anyone to write me a Valentine's Day card, to tell me nice things about myself but I can tell myself. I am kind, I'm a good mum, I have a good heart. I'm assertive."

At the end of January the Coronation Street favourite took to Instagram to explain why she decided to have filler in her bottom lip after recently undergoing a confidence-boosting boob job. She told followers that she had wanted to "even out" her lips because she has a naturally full bottom lip.

She said: "I've actually got really big lips but I've had filler in my top lip. My bottom lip is naturally really full, and then my top lip was noticeably a lot smaller so I've just had a tiny little bit in my top lip, just to even them out because I was over-lining my lips on the top. They just look a little more even now."

Earlier that month Helen revealed that she'd had a secret boob job after stopping breastfeeding. She posted a frank video on her social media page as she waited to be reunited with her kids after the surgery.

The star admitted she was nervous as she explained about having the procedure to boost her confidence after noticing that her breasts had changed after breastfeeding with all three of her children. The actress said she was always "really busty" but decided to take action when her boobs became "saggy" after nursing for three years in total.

"Hi, so I wanted to pop on here. I'm actually really nervous about sharing this actually but I've had a boob job," she said. Helen explained: "It's just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence. I have been really nervous about sharing this."

She continued: "Obviously I very much am for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decide to do. I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it's a good thing to do something about it."

Helen said she never thought she would have a boob job, explaining: "I never thought I would have a boob job. I was always like, really, busty. I never thought that I would be someone that would need or have a boob job.

"Basically, my boobs just changed so much from pregnancy and breastfeeding. And it's a really tricky one here, because I loved all my breastfeeding journeys. I'm a massive supporter of breastfeeding.

"I think it's an amazing experience that you can have your children and I would do it, you know, time and time again. But in total, I probably breastfed for about, I would say about three years."

She added: "'I think it's because I was quite big and busty before. There's no other nice way, I keep trying to think of a nicer way to say it. But they just sagged. There's no nicer way to say it, but they just became really saggy and I can't think of a better way to say it and it just affected my confidence."
