Speculation has emerged over Helen Flanagan's relationship status again - and it does not appear to be a simple coupling with another sports star. The singleton, who split from Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair last year, was spotted out with former boxing heavyweight champion David Haye and his girlfriend Sian Osborne over the weekend.
Earlier this year, David and Sian were said to be in a three-way relationship with The Saturdays singer Una Healy. However, this relationship reportedly ending up hitting the rocks with Una departing.
Now it is rumoured that Helen - who first met David on I'm A Celebrity in 2012 - has made it a 'throuple' again, the Mirror reports. It follows sightings of David and Sian with a "mystery woman" recently.

While no romance has been confirmed, the former Coronation Street star and mum-of-three was seen in deep conversation with David and Sian on Saturday night (May 13), following a boxing event at Wembley for KSI's latest fight.
A source told the Daily Mail: "After the boxing match, Helen was sat down in a quiet corner at the Heineken party and David marched past the crowd with Sian straight to Helen, who looked happy to see them and gave them both a hug.
"The couple were equally enamoured to be in her company. Their faces lit up seeing her.
"David was smiling away at Helen who had been turning heads all night in her stunning outfit."
