Helen Flanagan is said to be considering reprising her role on Coronation Street next year, reportedly planning to return after 'splitting' from her fiancé Scott Sinclair.
The actor, 32, is best known for playing Rosie Webster on the ITV soap, initially from 2000 until 2012. She returned as the character in 2017, before leaving again in 2018.
It's now been reported that Helen - who shares three children with footballer Scott, 33 - is planning to return again. It comes amid speculation that the pair have split.
The mother-of-three is said to be considering the opportunity. It's been claimed she hasn't had any official meetings but that the door is open for a possible return.
A source told the Sun that Helen is "talking about plans to return", potentially for sometime late next year. They said the door has been left open for the possibility.
They said those behind the ITV soap have "made it clear" that they would welcome her back. She "misses" her former colleagues and playing Rosie, the source added.
"What was stopping her [returning] before was looking after her kids and Scott's football career," they said. They added: "She never knew where he'd sign next or where they'd live."

It has been claimed that Helen has told those close to her that she is "no longer with Scott". And she is said to have been seen not wearing her engagement ring recently too.
Helen and Scott are said to have been together for more than a decade. They are parents to three children together; Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and toddler Charlie, one.
Scott is currently signed to football club Bristol Rovers. He has previously played for teams including Preston North End, Aston Villa, Manchester City as well as Celtic.
