Helen Flanagan has been seen in tears after sharing a message to her ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair on social media. The Bury-born star was paying a sweet tribute to her daughter, Delilah, as she turned five on Thursday (June 22).
And it all got a bit emotional for former Coronation Street star Helen, who split from professional footballer Scott, 34, last July before confirming the end of their engagement and relationship back in April. But the former couple continue to co-parent their three children including Delilah and Matilda and two-year-old Charlie.
In one of her Instagram Story posts as she publicly marked her daughter's special day, Helen, 32, admitted she couldn't believe her middle child had already turned five as she shared a heartwarming throwback photo of her baby girl with Scott.

He could be seen crouching down as he held Delilah in his arms as the dad and daughter duo smiled for the photo. "How is our little girl five @scottsinclair," the actress, who is famed for having played Rosie Webster in ITV's Corrie, typed alongside the post shared with her one million followers.
She then continued to share more snaps of herself and Delilah from over the years before posting a tearful update. In the candid selfie, Helen could be seen with tears falling down her face as she said: "Not overly emotional but I always cry when it's my kid's birthday, usually when the cake comes out."
She then added: "Crazy how much you love your babies." Helen also posted a separate tribute to her daughter on her main Instagram grid with the first image showing Delilah appearing thrilled to be celebrating her birthday as she held onto multiple balloons, one Spiderman themed and another declaring 'No.1 football fan'.
"Happy 5th Birthday to my beautiful amazing baby Delilah," Helen typed. "So proud to be your mummy, keep shining, always here to hold your hand. Love you more than anything," she added before the comments section became filled with birthday wishes for Delilah.
It comes after Helen shared a sweet tribute to Scott on Father’s Day. The I’m A Celebrity star took to Instagram on Sunday (June 18) to share a tribute to her own father, before mentioning the father of her children.
In the snaps, Helen could be walking arm in arm with her dad as she took the snap while Scott can be seen with a flashing a grin as he playfully snuggled up to his three children. Helen captioned the post "Happy Father’s Day to my dad love you and Happy Father’s Day @scotty__sinclair the kids love you so much."
