Helen Flanagan says she has her 'prince' as she sets out Valentine's gifts for her daughters

Helen Flanagan has told fans she has found her 'prince' as she marked Valentine's Day with her children. The former Coronation Street actress took to Instagram the evening before the annual day of love with some adorable images after enjoying an early Valentine's Day 'date with her young son, Charlie.

The doting mum and her 17-month-old son looked adorable in matching red outfits for the special occasion as they dined at Manchester's Rosso restaurant. Glam Helen, 32, looked stunning as she took her adorable baby boy out as she donned a ravishing red dress with matching lipstick. Her son Charlie, who turns two next month, also looked super-cute in a red jacket and trousers.

Helen, who also has daughters Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, with footballer Scott Sinclair, shared video clips on her Instagram from their mother-and-son date on Sunday but has since returned to her social media platform with a number of photos of her and Charlie posting in front of a rose-filled display at the city centre restaurant.

"I already have my prince," the Bury-born star penned alongside the sweet images. She then added: "The only man I’ll ever fully give my heart to. My boy." Christine McGuinness was among the first to respond to the post, writing: "Endless love," alongside a string of red hearts.

And fans were also quick to respond. @kylie_lou_gooch said: "Stunning. Little boys always steal mummy’s heart #nolovelikeit." @maggielickrish commented: "You are a lovely mum Helen, it’s so clear as to how much you absolutely adore being a mummy. It’s so beautiful." @sophiasellwood wrote: "Oh how gorgeous." @xnic_wilson replied: "This is everything." @mag73x added: "So beautiful."

Helen also shared a video to her Instagram Story showing her dining table covered in rose petals with two cards, two roses and wrapped gifts ready for her two daughters. Sharing the post on Monday evening, Helen penned: "Rady for tomorrow," alongside a pink love heart.

It comes after earlier this month, Helen said she "doesn't need anyone" as she spoke about self love in a previous Instagram post. She stripped down to her underwear as she wrote a Valentine's day card for herself.

"To me, Happy Valentine's Day," she could be seen writing. "With Valentine's Day only round the corner, the month of love, the most important loving relationship you can have is the one with yourself," the mum-of-three could be heard saying. "I love my body. It may not be perfect but it doesn't have to be. I don't have a big bum or a perfect, even skin tone and I do have cellulite and that's ok.

"My body has given me three beautiful children which is amazing when you think of a woman's body. I don't need anyone to write me a Valentine's Day card, to tell me nice things about myself but I can tell myself. I am kind, I'm a good mum, I have a good heart. I'm assertive."

In the racy Instagram video, which was part of a partnership with razor company Estrid for Valentine's, could be seen posing in a matching black underwear set in the mirror. She showed off her gym-honed figure in the clip while her blonde tresses had been slicked back into a low bun.

Helen was then seen perched on the edge of her bath while opening a love-heart-shaped box of chocolates. The former soap star, who played Rosie Webster in Corrie, went straight for a white chocolate and made eye contact with the camera as she placed it in her mouth.

After some more posing, the Bury-born star then proceeded to wrap herself in a dressing down and write herself Valentine’s Day card while sitting on the floor of her marbled bathroom. "To me, Happy Valentine's Day," she could be seen writing before the shot changed. Helen also spoke over the video as she spoke about her body and why she 'doesn't need anyone else'.
