The Coronation Street star is candid about mum life on Instagram, often being honest about her struggles with parenting her three children - seven-year-old Matilda, four-year-old Delilah and two-year-old Charlie.

In a series of snaps posted to her Instagram grid on Monday night (June 19), Helen shared the reality of trying to get a sweet picture with three young children.
"Trying to get a family picture with my kids," Helen captioned the carousel of chaos, with some laughing and heart emojis. Helen's children could be seen going from sitting nicely on her lap and around her as she held a glass of wine, to crawling across the floor and ending up riding their mum's back.
