Helen Flanagan's ex-fiancé shared a sweet message on social media following the former couple's split.
Former Coronation Street actress Helen, who recently appeared on I'm a Celebrity... South Africa, was with the 34-year-old footballer for 13 years before they split last October.
The couple share three children together, daughters Matilda, seven, Delilah, four and son Charlie, two, and were engaged on May 31, 2018, but the wedding never came to fruition.
