A teary-eyed Helen Flanagan shared an honest post about 'hating herself' when she yelled at her children.
The former Coronation Street star was taking part in a Q&A on her Instagram Stories on Sunday when a fan asked how she 'seems so calm'.
"How do you keep it together you seem so calm," they asked the 31-year-old mother-of-three.
Helen shared a selfie of her looking exhausted with her hand covering half of her face after crying.
"I am not. We just share a lot of the highlights on social media I try and be as real as I can on here...." she said.
"Yesterday I shouted at the kids and hated myself for that I was just trying to give them a nice day...
"And today I cried because I felt overwhelmed but you just get on and all you can do is just try your best."
The star always shares honest posts on the realities of parenting with her followers on Instagram.
Back in April, she revealed her parenting struggles and told fans she stopped breastfeeding.
She explained to her followers she has had a "challenging" few weeks.
Helen - who is mum to Matilda, six, Delilah, three, and Charlie, one, with her fiancé Scott Sinclair - told fellow mums she has made a series of decisions to make life easier.
She announced she was going to stop breastfeeding and planned on getting childcare for the first time.
