Helen Flanagan says she is proud to have breastfed her children for three years as she hit back after being cruelly body-shamed.
The mum-of-three gave a furious comeback to trolls after seeing a barrage of nasty comments on photos of her dressed in a bikini on holiday.
The former Coronation Street actress was accused of gaining weight after being papped while on holiday in Mykonos while other commenters mocked her recent boob jobs.
"She seems to be gaining weight - and her new bolt-ons are awful," wrote one,
As another wrote: "Gaining weight by the looks of things," with a third adding: "She's fairly good looking but absolutely thick as S which takes her from a 6 to a 4."
"Nothing special. Blends in with the general public as well," a fourth commented.
Another said: "Eligible rich males will steer clear of this desperate woman now."
Helen took to her Instagram stories to share some of the vile comments she's received.
Sharing a video of herself speaking to the camera, she said: "Hi guys, sorry I've probably got food in my teeth because I've just scoffed lunch. Maybe I shouldn't be scoffing lunch seeing as though I'm gaining weight.
"But honestly no, I never, I read rubbish about myself all the time and I'm just like 'whatever'.
"But I just think it's disgusting and I'm sticking up for myself as I think it's really horrible to speak about other women in that way and I'm all for women empowerment and I just kind of think that you shouldn't be especially as mums as well everything that our bodies go through, I just think it's vile."
She added: I actually have a really fast metabolism. It's all about angles as well, obviously when I do my content, obviously I've done modelling for ages, I know basically flattering angles and what have you.
"But I am really short so sometimes in pictures you can look more stumpy or what have you but yeah I just think it's really horrible."
Helen then went on to share photos from when she was pregnant, saying she is "proud" of her body.
Sharing a photo on a beach while breastfeeding her youngest child, Helen wrote: "I also breastfed my children in total for 3 years. I will not be body shamed. Yes I have had my boobs done and it's vile to shame that too."
