Helen Flanagan in tears after being ‘mum-shamed’ in restaurant

Helen Flanagan was in tears after being ‘mum-shamed’ in a restaurant. The former Coronation Street star told her Instagram followers about the upsetting experience.

The soap actress, who split up with Bristol Rover's fiancé Scott Sinclair last year, said it was 'horrendous' as her youngest child Charlie had a tantrum.

"I cannot tell you how horrendous Charlie’s tantrums have been’, she said on her Instagram Stories. "I mean I’ve got two children and I know what babies can be like and the tantrums and stuff, but when I’m saying he screamed the restaurant down yesterday – he just screamed and screamed.

"There was no consoling him at all, he literally just screamed the whole restaurant down. It was a really, really, really busy restaurant – I could feel there was a table, just sensed it.

‘This is my third child – I don’t think they were being that nice to be honest about my parenting, even though I was really trying my best to console Charlie."

But another diner was very supportive and helped her through the ordeal. Helen later shared a video of her playing on a bed with her with youngest child saying: 'you're so cute but please don't shout the restaurant down'.

The 32-year-old, who's about to appear in I'm A Celeb South Africa, is currently on holiday with her three children Charlie, 2, Matilda, 7, and Delilah, 4 and her friend.

Helen is also rumoured to be lined up for Celebs go Dating. Producers reportedly say the star is at the 'top of their wish list'.

An insider told the Sun: 'Helen is the perfect candidate for Celebs Go Dating and E4 is hoping that she will agree to take part when they approach her for the new series.

'She is a television pro thanks to her time on Corrie and is incredibly glamorous."
