Coronation Street favourite Helen Flanagan shared a video of herself from the gym as she revealed her fitness goals after welcoming her third child. Helen, 31, took to Instagram to say she's trying to build her fitness up since welcoming her baby boy Charlie, who recently turned one.
The soap star, who plays Rosie Webster in Corrie, posted video clips of herself doing sit-ups while playing with her adorable Charlie. And the star from Bury listed her goals including 'to not have a bum like a pancake.
Listing her goals as she visited The Fitness Room in Bolton, she posed in a floral sports bra and matching leggings with black and white trainers. And she told her 1.1m followers: "My goals are to be stronger, to be more fit in general."

She continued: "My stomach muscles stick out a bit after having Charlie so be good to have them brought back in. To not have a bum like a pancake."
Helen, 31, celebrated Charlie's big day and her fiancé Scott Sinclair's 33rd birthday with a sunshine trip with her boys to Dubai. Charlie was born on his dad's birthday, March 25, at the Royal Bolton Hospital.
Instagramming a photo of father and son on the beach she wrote: "Happy Birthday to my boys.
"Charlie my baby boy that I have always dreamed of, there are no words for the love I have for him.
"Scott my one and only love him always x"
Helen and Preston North End footballer Scott also have two daughters Matilda, six, and Delilah, three.
While on holiday Helen reflected over a year of breastfeeding her son, who she says is likely to be her last baby after she suffered Hyperemesis Gravidarum, an extreme form of morning sickness that causes severe nausea and vomiting, which she's had during all her pregnancies.
She wrote lovingly with a photo of herself feeding her son: "One year of feeding you my precious baby boy.
"I’m not too sure when our feeding journey will come to an end. I am thinking I will keep nursing through the summer. I think it’s a comfort to him with his teething... it’s great for flying to calm him.
"I love breastfeeding as I like the bonding ( I know you can bond with your babies in lots of ways of course). I like that it’s just something that I can do and that my baby needs just me.
"He’s likely my last baby and I want to soak this all up. I feel quite emotional about stopping.
"My hormones are stable when I breastfeed and I love not having a period and pms.
"I love looking down and seeing his cute little face and big brown eyes... I think it calms me if I feel anxious."
And she added what she does miss while breastfeeding: "Though I miss...being able to have more time on my own with Scott, being on my own ( not for a long period I suppose just having more freedom), being able to take the girls for one and one trips on their own.
"I would say having perky boobs but that’s a long time gone now."
