The former Coronation Street star, 32, oozed confidence in her latest Instagram offering as she posed in racy blue silk lingerie set which showcased her assets following her recent boob job.
The ex soap star beamed from ear-to-ear as she posed for the playful snaps while getting herself ready for bed, with fans flocking to the comment section to gush over her gorgeous new look.
Posing in her pristine bathroom with a towel wrapped around her hair and a toothbrush in hand, Helen smiled as she readied herself for a good night's sleep after her late night photoshoot.
Her adoring admirers were so impressed with her latest Instagram offering that one fan even gushed that Helen was the most beautiful woman in the world.
"Honestly you are the most gorgeous woman on earth," they commented.

It comes amid reports that the former Corrie actress has signed up to a celebrity dating app after splitting from her footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair.
Last year, Helen split from her long-term partner after a 13-year romance. The former couple share three children together - Delilah, Matilda and Charlie.
An insider claimed in October the couple ' hit a rough patch in the summer ' and Helen told her loved ones that she was 'no longer with him'.
Now it has been reported that Helen is on the lookout for love and is said to have signed up to dating app Raya.
The actress is thought to have uploaded her dating profile over the weekend after spending time in Paris with her family.
Helen lists her job as 'actress and social media'.
One profile picture, obtained by The Sun, shows her pouting at the camera, with her blonde hair styled in loose waves. Another snap saw the star posing in a tight black dress.
Speaking about Helen's profile, a source told the publication: "Helen has been feeling more and more positive about the future since the new year and feels ready to enjoy some nice dates and male company.

Helen and Scott shocked friends and family last year by suddenly ending their engagement after 13 years of dating.
