Helen Flanagan has revealed she went under the knife last week to have her breasts enlarged after breastfeeding three kids left her 'saggy'.
The former Corrie actress admitted to Instagram followers that she was 'nervous' to talk about her procedure but wanted to be as honest as possible.
The 32-year-old said she had always been busty with a natural E cup, but after breastfeeding her 2 children Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and Charlie, 1, her breasts went to a B cup and became 'really saggy'.
However, she went on to say that she does not regret breast feeding at all and would do it all over again.
Speaking to the camera, she said: "I wanted to pop on here. I'm actually really nervous about sharing this actually but I've had a boob job. I had it done on Thursday. Yeah, so I'm in recovery at the moment.
"I have been really nervous about sharing this, because you always get some, like, not very nice comments or what have you.
"It's just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence.
"I have been really nervous about sharing this. Obviously I very much am for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decided to do."
She added: "I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it's a good thing to do something about it. There's no other nice way to say it, they just sagged. They became really saggy. It just really affected my confidence."
Helen then admitted that she is still in recovery but feeling okay, however she can't move her arms up and had to draft in a pal to wash and style her hair.
The mum-of-three said she was nervous to share the news because of the negative reaction it might get, however she wanted to keep it real. She said: "I like to share my life on here, I like to be as honest as I can. I was nervous because people can be unkind. I am very much for supporting other women in the choices they decide to do."
Helen shares her three children with former Celtic footballer Scott Sinclair, however after 13 years together, last year they decided to go their separate ways.
