Helen Flanagan broke down in tears after her kids went away for the weekend. The I'm A Celebrity star admitted she finds some aspects of single life a 'struggle' after her split from Bristol Rovers' Scott Sinclair.
The former Coronation Street star spent the bank holiday weekend in her family home for the first time without her kids, as they were spending the weekend with their grandparents and Scott.
Taking to Instagram, Helen said: "So this long weekend was my first weekend that I didn’t have my kids as they were having a good time with their daddy and nanna.

"I usually when my kids go away make sure I go out, usually run to London and get drunk with my friends.
"I felt like it was time though to face being in my family house on my own which is something I’ve put off for a very long time as I didn’t want to feel sad. But sometimes I suppose you’ve just got to feel stuff and it’s ok to cry.”
The reason she shared her feelings with her one million-plus followers was to show people her real life away from the glamour.
She said: "I wanted to share this because sometimes we scroll on Instagram and things can look perfect but in reality some things are just s**t.
"Also I have a big following of other mums and women that will relate to me and I love that I’ve built a supportive network of women. Anyway here’s some snaps from my weekend. Didn’t want to get out my dressing gown and binge ate Colin the caterpillar cake."
She started dating millionaire athlete Scott in 2009, and the pair were together for 13 years. Helen said they broke up just before she left for South Africa to film the show last September, but she kept the engagement ring on to hide the split.
The actress told OK!: "I did wear my engagement ring when I was in the jungle. We’d only just broken up, and I didn’t want everyone to be asking, 'Where’s your ring?' I wanted to keep it private for the kids."
She added: "I just hope we can be good friends and co-parent. A lot of people say: 'Oh, stay, make things work for the children.' But children need happy parents and they need a happy environment, so it's not always so straightforward."
It was then announced in October that Helen, who played Rosie Webster in Corrie, and Scott had called time on their relationship. When Scott took a break from training in April, they did rejoin in Dubai and spend time with their kids. They were not seen together, though, and Helen insisted later that they hadn't resumed their romance.
