Heavy West African Rains Push Cocoa Prices Sharply Higher

September ICE NY cocoa (CCU26) today is up +676 (+13.42%), and September ICE London cocoa #7 (CAU26) is up +460 (+12.23%).

Cocoa prices are surging today, with NY cocoa posting a 5.75-month high and London cocoa posting a 6-month high, as concerns about West African weather have fueled expectations of tighter supplies next season.
