The Royal Mint has unveiled a new series of commemorative coins celebrating 50 years of heavy metal legends Iron Maiden.
The iconic band joins an exclusive roster in the Mint’s "music legends" collection, which has previously honoured acts such as Queen, Sir Elton John, and David Bowie. Designed by Iron Maiden artist Albert "Akirant" Quirantes, the coins feature the band’s instantly recognisable mascot, Eddie, captured in a dynamic pose.
