A woman who wears a 38L cup size says her two-stone breasts prevent her from being able to wash the dishes comfortably - but the NHS is denying her a reduction.
Charlotte Rowley-Stennings, 26, is sick of the discomfort and unwelcome male attention and is desperate to go down to a D to F cup size to relieve both physical pain and anxiety.
But just weeks ago, her application was rejected and she is now in the process of appealing the decision with the help of her GP as she cannot afford the £9,000 operation privately, the Manchester Evening News reports.
