The heartbroken parents of a 'loving and caring' teen who died in an A37 crash have issued a moving paid tribute to their 'special boy'.
Luke Harvey, 17, from Chew Valley and later Clutton, tragically died following a two-vehicle collision on Monday, April 24, at around 1.20pm on the A37, between Clutton and Pensford.
Luke will be forever remembered by his parents, brother, grandparents, godparents and wider family and friends.
