A mum-of-two was told she had just eight weeks to live after being sent home from work with backache.
Christine Emery, 50, was diagnosed with cancer after going to the doctor when she was signed off work for a week from her job at Lidl. After suffering severe pains she was initially told it was arthritis or gallstones, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Only after a visit to a fourth doctor was she told it was cancer, and after she received two sets of blood tests she was rushed to hospital.
