The family of a young mum, 22, who died after suffering an 'unexpected' asthma attack are urging others to recognise the signs and 'don't think nothing of it'.
Amy Greenwood was found unconscious by her fiancé not breathing on Wednesday evening following a sudden asthma attack. She was given CPR and ventilation, before the decision to turn off her life support at Wigan Infirmary was made the next day.
Paying tribute to the mum-of-two, her family said she was a 'loving' and 'family' person who was 'gentle' and 'so mature'. They explained that she had been 'in and out of hospital' with asthma her whole life, which had got worse as she got older, and are now warning others of the severity of the condition, reports the Liverpool Echo.
