Bonnie Ryan, daughter of legendary broadcast Gerry Ryan, spoke to Georgie Crawford about life after her late Dad's passing and how it "does and doesn't" get easier.
The 29 year old makeup artist and influencer joined Georgie on her podcast The Good Glow and described how she still grieves for her dad. Speaking about her recent wedding to her partner John in Italy, she told Georgie: "I know he saw me getting married. There is no doubt about it in my mind."
Now that she has a nephew, Bonnie said that Gerry would have been "the best Grandad". She said: "There are times that it is really hard and I miss him a lot, but you can be very happy in life. I'm just grateful I had him.

"We talk about my dad all the time. There is just something so magic about him that made everyone feel like, 'Gerry's my best friend'.
"He really was a friend to everybody, and I'm like what an incredible gift to have that you make people feel that way. I feel so special that that's who my dad was and that he had such a big impact on our whole country.
"I got to have him for 17 whole wonderful years and to me he was just magic."
Bonnie recently tied the knot to her husband John in Italy in front of their family and friends. She was walked down the aisle by her brother Rex, who filled in for her beloved dad.
Bonnie's sisters Lottie and Babette acted as bridesmaids, with their proud mum Morah also in attendance at the ceremony.
