The death of Hayden Panettiere has officially been ruled an accident, with authorities identifying the toxic effects of several drugs, including fentanyl, as the cause, as mentioned in a report by Variety.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office released its findings on Tuesday, more than a month after Panettiere was found unresponsive at a residence in Greenville, South Carolina. The 36-year-old actor was best known for playing Claire Bennet in “Heroes,” Juliette Barnes in “Nashville” and Kirby Reed in the “Scream” franchise.
