Haryana: Bodies of three of five youths recovered from Western Jamuna Canal in Yamunanagar, over 13 booked for murder

YAMUNANAGAR: The teams of NDRF, local divers and Yamunanagar police have recovered bodies of three missing youths out of five on Monday, who had on Sunday drowned in the Western Jamuna Canal (WJC) after being attacked by their rival group in Buria area of Yamunanagar district.

The dead bodies of missing youths Suleman, Nikhil, and Sahil, all residents of Jagadhri City have been recovered from the WJC and their post-mortems are being conducted at the civil hospital in Yamunanagar district, said Buria police station house officer (SHO) Lajja Ram.
