He’s the man of the moment and even though we can’t stop looking at his face, our eyes have been recently drawn to Harry Styles’s fingers - and more specifically his nails.
Gracing the cover of the June 2022 issue of Better Homes & Gardens, the singing sensation is seen wearing are gorgeous beige shade of nail polish.
As the internet naturally goes wild for anything Harry related, the question was asked “what nail polish is Harry Styles wearing?” And now we know it’s from his very own brand Pleasing.
Yes Harry is wearing two shades, Tender Bud and Sprouting, from Pleasing's second micro-collection, Shroom Bloom.
Priced at £62 for a set of four, The Pleasing Set includes Sprouting (a pale green opaque gloss formula), Tender Bud (a mushroom beige opaque gloss formula), Vine Ripe (a vibrant red opaque gloss formula) and The Whole Dewniverse (a sheer holographic bio-glitter formula).
The Sprouting nail polish is sold separately for £19, and has an opaque gloss finish. It also comes with cute nail decals to customise your nails or stick on your laptop, phone case or wherever you please.
Now should you want a slightly cheaper option, we’ve found this polish by essie Gel Couture in Take Me Thread (£9.99) to be a pretty good dupe for Tender Bud. Or how about Barry M Gelly Nail Paint in Pistachio, priced at £3.99 for Sprouting? Sure they haven’t been created by Mr Styles, but they’re slightly better on our wallet.
Pleasing launched late last year in November 2021. Already a fashion icon, dominating the music industry and even dipping his toe into Hollywood and acting, Harry then thought it made sense to create his very own beauty brand.
Creating gorgeous nail polishes, he also dabbled into skincare with Overnight Serum, Hand + Nail balm, and apparel too. Not to mention the Pleasing Pen (£29). It consists of two potent serums with cooling steel rollers to refresh lips and eyes. A fresh eye gel with natural lingonberry, okra and hyaluronic salt awakens tired under eyes, helps diminish signs of aging, and creates lasting hydration, while the demi-matte lip treatment with soothing marshmallow replenishes lips.
We can’t wait to see what he comes up with next but until then, we’ll be recreating his magazine cover and rocking what will now be known as the ‘colours of the season’ on our nails…
