Harry Maguire insists there are 'no problems' in the Manchester United dressing room following their Champions League exit to Atletico Madrid.
United saw their final chance of winning a trophy this season come to an end on Tuesday night when they lost 1-0 at Old Trafford in the second leg of their last 16 tie. Renan Lodi's goal just before half time sealed a 2-1 aggregate win for Atleti.
The dismal defeat raised fresh questions about the mentality of the United squad and renewed doubts about whether appointing a new manager this summer will really be able to solve the long-term issues that continue to plague the club. United will end another season trophyless and could finish outside the Premier League top four.

Speaking after the Atletico defeat, Maguire was asked if the reports of dressing room unrest at United had ultimately played a part in their latest exit from the Champions League.
"There’s no problems in the dressing room," the United captain insisted. "When you play for this club, there’s always reports and lots of media attention. It’s got nothing to do with the result."

When asked to elaborate on the performance, which saw United threaten in the first half but grow frustrated and lose control in the second, Maguire admitted his side could have done more to win the tie across both legs.
He added: "We can do more as a team. We’ve got to do more. We owe it to the club, we owe it to the fans.
"We have to look at ourselves as players. The lads gave everything, but ultimately, it wasn’t enough. We haven’t been good enough this season."
