Reguilon move to Atletico imminent
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Sergio Reguilon is set to depart Tottenham Hotspur and return to Spain with Atletico Madrid on loan.
Having enjoyed a fruitful start to life in North London, Reguilon has seen a dramatic fall in game-time upon Antonio Conte's appointment and has failed to make an appearance for the club this season.
The former Real Madrid man had also been linked with moves to Lazio and Fulham, but will continue to play Champions League football at the Metropolitano Stadium under Diego Simeone.
Romano provided his seal of confirmation on the deal by adding his established tag-line "here we go."

And Nizaar Kinsella of the Evening Standard now states Chalobah has been "told he's part of the short and longer term future," and that the Cobham academy graduate is "he's happy to fight for his place."
Rumours had surfaced of interest in Chalobah from abroad as well as that of Spurs.
Portsmouth boss Cowley hails "single-minded" Scarlett
Portsmouth manager Danny Cowley has praised "single-minded" Dane Scarlett after the 18-year-old netted his first senior career goal.
Scarlett latched onto Marlon Pack’s first-half threaded pass to fire Pompey into a one-goal advantage, with the Spurs loanee's strike ultimately deciding the game.
Despite squandering opportunities in the club's 3-2 Carabao Cup defeat at Newport County on Tuesday, Cowley had little doubt that Scarlett's performances would be detrimentally affected such is his mindset.
"Dane missed a couple on Tuesday and I didn’t worry at all because he’s just so single-minded and nothing seems to touch him," the former Huddersfield Town boss admitted.
“He’s a young boy and it’s his first senior goal and it’ll mean so much more because it sealed a hard-fought win. It’ll be the first of many for him and it’s a great day overall.
