Harry and Meghan fans baffled as Loose Women stars make cameo in Netflix documentary

A trio of Loose Women stars surprised viewers by popping up in Netflix's Harry & Meghan documentary.

The first part of the series dropped on the streaming site early this morning and fans were eager to catch a first glimpse of what the couple had to say.

But what some hadn't been expecting were appearances from ITV's Nadia Sawalha, Ruth Langsford and Janet Street Porter.

The second episode explores what happened after Meghan and Harry's relationship was exposed to the press and public.

Nadia Sawalha is heard saying: "Prince Harry, it seems like he's fallen for somebody. Rumour is that it's Meghan Markle."

Another moment sees the moment Prince Harry issued an angry statement in 2016, which attacked coverage of Meghan, who was then his girlfriend.

The Duke of Sussex alleged she was the "subject to a wave of abuse and harassment".

Ruth Langsford was heard saying: "Now he says that she has suffered abuse and harassment with racist undertones."

While the footage later showed Janet Street Porter reading: "Prince Harry is worried about Ms Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her. This is not a game, it's her life."

The Royal Family have been warned to brace themselves for their worst nightmare yet, with the Prince of Wales said to have had crisis talks with his father King Charles over the show.

One source in contact with a Netflix production insider told the Mirror: "I genuinely think it's going to be worse than the royals can imagine.

"I'm told that it's going to be utterly explosive and will be very damaging."

It comes after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were said to have "betrayed the agreement they made with the Queen", according to royal sources.

The couple are believed to have not honoured an agreement made with the late monarch at Sandringham back in January 2020, which was reached shortly before they moved to the United States.

Following the meeting, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex pledged that "everything they do" would "continue to uphold the values of Her Majesty".

A Palace statement released on behalf of the late Queen at the time also read: "Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved members of my family."

However, their loyalty to the Queen and her legacy has been questioned following their string of high-profile attacks on The Firm, including their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey last year.

During the explosive interview last year, Meghan made a number of shocking bombshell claims including that she was suicidal during her time in the royal family, accusing her in-laws of being concerned about how dark Archie's skin would be and claiming the Duchess of Cambridge made her cry.

It has been feared that Meghan and Kate Middleton will be "pitted against each other" in the documentary after the trailer showed the Sussexes claiming the Palace and the press treated them "differently" to the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The two couples shared a team of staff for much of the Sussexes' time in Britain before leaving for the US in 2020.

The docu-series will reportedly compare how Meghan and Kate were treated as well as how they were portrayed by the media, as insiders say the two women will be 'placed side by side' in the documentary in an attempt to back up the Sussexes' claim they had no choice but to quit royal life.

"Here we go again," one royal source told The Telegraph, as members and aides say they find the idea of the documentary "very wearying".

Allies of the Sussexes stressed previously there would be no major bombshells about the royal family in the production and claimed it was not intended to blame anyone.
