Titled 'Monster,' the ad is narrated by Duvall herself, recounting her harrowing experience of becoming pregnant at the age of 12 after being sexually abused by her stepfather. Duvall shares her emotional turmoil and the overwhelming sense of confusion and helplessness she felt as a child facing an unwanted pregnancy.
