All-rounder Hardik Pandya is still recuperating from his ankle injury and appears unlikely to be fit in time for India's next two ICC World Cup matches against Sri Lanka and South Africa, which leaves him with a possible chance to play only in India'a last league fixture against the Netherlands on November 12 before the knockouts.

India play Sri Lanka on November 2 and South Africa on November 5.
