Mainpuri: The 52nd birthday of Samajwadi Party Supremo and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav is being celebrated today on Monday by wellwishers and Party functionaries in various parts of the country including Uttar Pradesh.
The main function is hosted in Party office at Mainpuri where a large number of SP leaders and workers had gathered there and prayed to Almighty for the long and happy life of their Chief Akhilesh Yadav.
Several programs were organised including cake ceremony and distribution of sweets.
Samajwadi Party Mainpuri District President Alok Shakya took part in tree-plantation program along with several workers. Alok said that thousands of saplings will be planted in the district today.
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated Akhilesh Yadav on his birthday and wished him good health. Many other leaders also have greeted Akhilesh on his birthday.
