Award-winning stage show Hamilton is coming to Liverpool in May 2025.
More dates have been added for the highly anticipated tour, which opens on Saturday 11 November, 2023 at the Manchester Palace Theatre. Now, the show will visit the Liverpool Empire Theatre on May 6, 2025 with priority booking available now.
The story focuses on America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton and his ascent out of poverty to power against the backdrop of the American War of Independence. Lin-Manuel Miranda's stage show draws on a range of hip-hop, R&B, pop, soul and traditional show-style tunes to make it one of the biggest selling shows of all time.

Hamilton's music and lyrics are written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, while the production is directed by Thomas Kail, with choreography by Andy Blankenbuehle. It's already won a whopping 11 Tony Awards including Best Musical, 7 Olivier Awards, the 2016 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album.
Originally, Hamilton was 130 shows across 15 weeks, and now an extra 12 key dates have been added with more to come in venues such as the Bristol Hippodrome, Norwich Theatre Royal and Liverpool Empire Theatre.
