The body of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh arrived in Doha on Thursday from Iran in preparation for his burial on Friday. Videos obtained by a source show the arrival of Haniyeh's body in Doha.

Haniyeh's funeral prayer is scheduled to take place after the Friday prayer at the Imam Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab Mosque in the Qatari capital. Following the funeral prayer, the burial will be held at the Imam Founder Cemetery in the city of Lusail. This information was confirmed by both Hamas and Qatari state media.
