Hamas confirms death of senior commander in Gaza after Israeli strike

Hamas has confirmed the death of a senior commander in Gaza, Raed Saad, on Sunday, a day after Israel announced it had killed him in a strike near Gaza City.

In a statement, Hamas identified Saad as the commander of its military manufacturing unit.
