Halle Berry’s adult daughter defends her over child abuse allegations

Halle Berry 's 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, defended the actor in a court declaration following child abuse allegations made by Berry's ex-husband, Olivier Martinez.
Martinez was granted a temporary restraining order after alleging Berry physically abused their 13-year-old son, Maceo, during a September incident.
In her court declaration, Aubry stated she has never witnessed her mother physically abuse Maceo and described Berry as a loving and devoted parent.
Berry strongly denied the allegations in her own court filing, stating she has never abused her son and identifying herself as a domestic violence survivor.
A court hearing regarding the temporary restraining order against Berry is scheduled for October 16.
