Hakan Calhanoglu is wary of the threat Liverpool’s midfield can pose ahead of the Reds facing Inter Milan in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
Jurgen Klopp has all eight of his senior options in the engine-room available for the trip to the San Siro, ensuring he has a difficult decision to make when naming his side to face the Serie A outfit.
Calhanoglu can’t be sure of who he’ll line up against in the round-of-16 first leg as a result, but is well aware of what to expect from Liverpool in Italy.
And the Turkey international, who has been in brilliant form with six goals and nine assists since joining Inter on a free transfer from AC Milan in the summer, is looking forward to the challenge of testing himself against the Reds’ midfield.

“They are very dynamic, we know that,” the 28-year-old reporters. “They are very strong in the midfield but tomorrow we are going on the pitch with personality.
“I’m ready, I was expecting a game like this because to play against a great team, you see it and can assess your personality and how you are doing on the pitch.
“I’m ready and I want to assess and feel how good they are.”
