The Hairy Bikers' star Simon 'Si' King has revealed a new chapter as he embarks on a solo adventure for fans.
Dave Myers from Barrow in Lancashire bid farewell to the Go Local series in January, leaving fans gutted. The show followed Dave and Si as they tested the local delicacies, restaurants and most innovative suppliers.
The stars confirmed that the series had wrapped and ended after only eight episodes. The cooking duo made the announcement two weeks ago.

The Hairy Bikers said: "Sadly, the series has come to an end. We hope you enjoyed the series and the journey we went through with each episode, we look forward to seeing you on your telly sometimes soon

But now, Si has turned frowns upside down after he sparked a wave of excitement. He revealed his next solo venture is just around the corner. Taking to social media, he said: "EXCITING NEWS.
"I’m heading to @pubinthepark Leamington Spa and Tunbridge Wells in July, then Chiswick in September. Find me at the Saturday sessions at these locations! See you there? Head to the Pub in the Park website to sign up for early pre-sale access on 3rd Feb!"
Pub in the Park is the brainchild of celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, who aims each year for the festival to celebrate everything there is to love about the glorious British pub, the ECHO reports.
Fans were over the moon by the shock announcement as one said: "This has absolutely made my weekend!! Was really hoping you were going to be at Tunbridge Wells!!" Another added: "Ooh yes I’ll be over in July woohoo xxx."
