How do I unlock free shipping at H&M?
At H&M, standard delivery is £3.99. To get free delivery, you must join the H&M membership and place an order over £40. Once you accumulate 300 points, you'll become a Plus Member, which means you'll unlock free delivery on every order with no minimum spend.
Is there a H&M Blue Light Card or NHS discount?
H&M does not currently offer a dedicated discount for NHS workers or Blue Light workers. However, you can still save 10% when you become an H&M member or use one of our verified H&M discount codes from our Woman & Home offers.
Does H&M offer a student discount?
Yes! Students can enjoy 10% off their purchases with the H&M student discount. Simply verify your student status via UNiDAYS to receive your unique code to use at the checkout.
What is the H&M returns policy?
H&M has a 30-day return policy for regular items and a 14-day policy for sale items. All items must be in their original condition to return your order and be eligible for a full refund. The cost of making a return is £2.99 and is the customer's responsibility.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
